About the real FN Five-seveN pistol:
The FN Five-seveN was developed in the early 1990s alongside FN’s P90 SMG, both chambered in the specially designed FN 5.7x28mm cartridge. Officially released in 1998, the Five-seveN is a lightweight polymer-framed pistol featuring ambidextrous controls, high-capacity magazines, and low recoil. Originally intended for law enforcement and military use, it became available for civilian purchase in the mid-2000s. Today, it remains in service with numerous law enforcement and military units worldwide, including in the United States.
The Five-seveN is currently in service with military and police forces in more than 40 countries, including Canada, France, Greece, India, Poland, Spain, and the United States. In the U.S., it is used by many law enforcement agencies, including the U.S. Secret Service. Since its introduction to the civilian market, it has also grown increasingly popular among shooting enthusiasts.
