The PPK-20 submachine gun, based on the PP-19 Vityaz-SN, is more compact and lighter than its predecessor. It features a folding telescopic polymer stock, ergonomic pistol grip, and ambidextrous fire selector.

Optics can be mounted on the Picatinny rail atop the dust cover. The handguard has Picatinny rails on the top and bottom for accessories, with M-LOK interfaces on both sides.

Factory equipped with NPAS magnetic adjustable nozzle.
